How long have you been wrestling?
Terry Easley- “Four years.”
What are some goals for this year considering you're a senior why?
Terry Easley - “To compete at the state tournament, because I've never competed at this tournament so it would be an honor to during my last year.”
Who is your biggest supporter or advocate and why?
Terry Easley - “My mom, because she has been there for me throughout my whole life.”
Why do you like wrestling?
Terry Easley - “Because it's hard and makes you a better person in the end, and it's something that I've learned to enjoy.”
Will you do the sport in college?
Terry Easley - “I don’t know yet, I'm still unsure”
What are you working on to ensure you get the top place?
Terry Easley - “I’m working on attacking more to try and score points.”
Who do you look up to the most why?
Terry Easley - “An Warren alumni, Kyrell Leavell. He taught me most of the wrestling I know and always took time to help me get better.”
Who got you into wrestling?
Terry Easley - “My coach in middle school, Coach Taylor. He said I was small but strong so he said I'll be a good wrestler”
Do you learn any life lessons from wrestling, and what are they?
Terry Easley - “Yes you do, you learn to stay ready so you don't have to get ready and you learn the importance of the people who are there for you along your journey.”
What was your most humbling moment?
Terry Easley - “Losing regionals my junior year.”
What teammates do you know that are your biggest cheerleaders?
Terry Easley - “All my teammates.”
What is a fun memory you had?
Terry Easley - “Traveling to wrestling tournaments with the team.”
What is something a person told you that you didn’t understand before but now you do due to experiencing it?
Terry Easley- “The harder it is the better it will make you feel.”
How do you feel going against the schools and districts you’re about to go up against?
Terry Easley - “I feel like I’m HIM.”
